Shipping

We ship ophthalmic instruments to anywhere around the world.

In India, there will be no shipping charges. We charge 80$ for areas outside India.

We will dispatch within 3-4 working days, and will be delivered by delivery agents like FedEx or DHL within 2-3 weeks (for orders outside India)

Refund and Cancellation

All merchandise returned to us must be carefully packed.

We offer our customers an 'Easy return policy', wherein you can raise a return/exchange request of a product within 15 days of its delivery. The shipping charges are to be borne by the customer.

To file a return request, kindly send a mail to manager2@jaggijaggi.com stating the goods that need to be returned or exchanged.
